Think about the person who took you on your first field appointment. Maybe you’ve forgotten exactly what they said, but you remember how it felt to walk in beside someone who believed you could do this. Now picture a new agent walking in beside you.

At CFT Academy, you’ll learn how to start the conversation, guide a family through an appointment, and teach another agent how to do it for themselves. Chris Hart, the academy’s founder and the leader of PHP’s No. 1 office, will teach all six calls himself.

CFT Academy standards

Show up ready to train.

  1. Join before 9:00 p.m. Eastern. The Zoom room locks at 9:00 sharp.
  2. Use your real background. Using a virtual background may result in removal from class.
  3. Keep your face visible on camera throughout class. If you’re off camera, you may be removed.
  4. Stay until class ends. Leaving early means removal from the academy for the season.
  5. Join from a stationary location. No walking around, driving, or riding in a moving vehicle.
  6. Stay awake throughout class. Falling asleep means removal from class.
  7. Submit your one-page book report by Sunday at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. No exceptions.
  8. For attendance, set your Zoom name to your base shop, followed by your first and last name. Example: SOS – Chris Hart.
  9. Keep the Zoom link private. Only approved participants may use it.
  10. For questions, contact your upline CFT or BSC.
